HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

If you make a purchase by 12:00 noon, we will ship the order the same day. Orders received after 12 noon are shipped the next business day.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and take about 2 days after dispatch from our warehouse. It is necessary for someone to be at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this deadline during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, and out of stock.

You will receive an email with all the information and the tracking number if you have chosen this method. Make sure you put the correct email address and that it doesn’t go into the spam box.

Means and delivery times may change according to the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay in shipping the articles, in view of the merely indicative estimate dates presented, does not entitle the Client to any compensation.

Deliveries and collections in Portugal are operated by CTT. In European Union countries by DHL Express (airmail).

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER?

We offer free shipping on orders over 60€ for mainland Portugal.

Domestic and international postage rates are calculated by the delivery company, based on zip code and shipping destination. International shipments are subject to taxes and customs duties that are not calculated at checkout. OLIVEA GREEN has no control over these fees charged at the time of delivery. Contact the local customs office in your country to determine the fees in advance.

RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT FROM OLIVEA GREEN

a) You have 14 days (from the day you receive the product) to exchange or return a product. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unopened, unused, and with the original box undamaged.

b) The shipment should be made, whenever possible, in the same box in which it was delivered.

c) You must return the item by registered mail.

d) The costs associated with the exchange or return shall be borne by the customer, unless there was an error by OLIVEA GREEN.

e) We reserve the right not to accept a refund on items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.

OLIVEA GREEN will not refund in the following cases:

– Products damaged by misuse or negligence;

– Products opened and/or used;

– Products purchased on sale, on promotion or on offer;

– Products not purchased on the OLIVEA GREEN website.

f) In case you receive damaged products, you should report it as soon as possible to the email address info@oliveagreen.com. You should also send photos of the products received and indicate the order number as well as the name in which you placed the order.

g) You can request an exchange for an item within 14 days of receiving it. An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. Items can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order the Consumer is not satisfied, he/she can only return the order.

i) In case you receive products other than those ordered, please report as soon as possible to the email address info@oliveagreen.com. You should also send photos of the products received and indicate the order number as well as the name in which you placed the order.

j) In all cases of exchanges / returns, the OLIVEA GREEN is not responsible for lost orders that have not been reported to us and / or have no tracking number(tracking number).

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund of the amount paid will be executed using the same payment method used in the purchase, except when the payment was made via entity and reference. In this case you will be asked for the IBAN to make the respective refund.

Refunds take an average of 5 business days after confirmation of accepted return.
