GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1. Trade Policy
1.1 These General Terms of Sale are agreed between the OLIVEA GREEN brand, by the company Truly Natural Unipessoal Lda, Fiscal Number 516061909, address Rua das Várzeas – Quinta Várzea Verde 2050-448, Vale do Paraíso, Portugal and e-mail address info@oliveagreen.comowner of the website www.oliveagreen.comhereinafter referred to as “Seller” and people who wish to make purchases through this website, hereinafter referred to as “Consumer”. The “seller” Truly Natural, Unipessoal Lda (OLIVEA GREEN) has products for sale on the website www.oliveagreen.com, and the “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to end users / “consumers”.
1.2 “Consumer” indicates the individual who acts/buys outside his or her business or profession. If you are not a “consumer” we request that you do not shop at shaecoshop.com.
1.3 OLIVEA GREEN reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those that are not in accordance with the general terms of sale of OLIVEA GREEN.
1.4 These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed at oliveagreen.com between the consumers of the OLIVEA GREEN online store (oliveagreen.com) and the seller.
1.5 The “Consumer” shall provide the “Seller” with an e-mail address or other contact details which are correct and complete and agrees that the “Seller” may contact you using these details should it deem it necessary.
2. Processo de Encomenda e Faturação
2.1 Minimum Age
To purchase our products through our website the Consumer has to be at least 18 years old.
2.2 Pricing
Products will be sold at the price shown on the website when the Consumer confirms their order. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes and duties included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
The price shown for each product excludes shipping costs, which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated according to the table in force, and are calculated in the purchase process before its completion by the Consumer.
Whenever an article has a price reduction, the sales modality is mentioned (sales, promotions or liquidation), the type of products, the reduction percentage, the starting date and the duration period, and its communication to the competent authorities, if necessary.
2.3 Buying process
2.3.1 First the user must select all the items he wants to buy and the respective quantities. Each product has a page with all the necessary information, benefits, ingredients, how to use, and also reviews from other consumers.
2.3.2 After selecting all the products you wish to purchase, the consumer must click on the “CHECK OUT” button. If the consumer has a discount coupon, they must apply it in the appropriate space and then click “APPLY” before finishing the order. The coupons are not cumulative, so they cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/promotions.
2.3.3 The next step is to enter the information regarding the shipment of the order. The Consumer must indicate his personal data, namely the address for delivery and/or billing. All personal data entered on this website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on this website for your reference).
The Consumer will be solely responsible for any loss, damage, and additional costs that may occur as a result of submitting any false, incorrect, or incomplete information.
2.3.4 Next, the Consumer must select which payment method is desired. You can choose between debit card, credit card, Mbway, bank transfer, or Paypal.
2.3.5 Before finalizing the order the Consumer must also read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy of Truly Natural, Unipessoal Lda, to do this simply select the two options “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”, “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy”. Finally, the Consumer must click on the “COMPLETE ORDER“ button.
The final confirmation of the order by the Consumer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Sales Conditions which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
2.3.6 Once the payment process is complete, the Consumer will receive an order confirmation email, which will also include the invoice. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice is issued immediately after payment and once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
2.3.7 OLIVEA GREEN will honor orders received online only to the extent of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product OLIVEA GREEN undertakes to inform the consumer as soon as possible.
2.3.8 If an order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this deadline cannot be guaranteed. If payment is not received by our services within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used on a new order.
2.3.9 If the price of any product ordered is incorrectly listed on our website, OLIVEA GREEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We will provide the Consumer with the opportunity to place an order at the correct price and/or refund to their credit card the amount of the incorrect price if they have already been charged.
3. Entrega e Informações de Envio
3.1 Entrega
a) Entregamos os produtos de segunda a sexta-feira das 9h às 18h. Não efetuamos envios em determinados feriados. Apenas podemos cumprir a entrega de uma encomenda se o endereço de entrega for uma casa ou um escritório situado num dos países mencionados na lista de países disponível no menu Entrega.
b) Para recepcionar a encomenda é necessário garantir que alguém esteja na morada. Este serviço não inclui opção de agendamento ou marcação, pelo que a entrega da encomenda será efetuada sem contacto prévio por parte da transportadora.
c) O Consumidor será notificado por email quando a encomenda for enviada.
d) The logistics company will send an email and/or SMS to the Consumer with all the shipping information, such as the tracking number by which the Consumer can follow the order at all times.
3.2 Delivery Deadlines
If you confirm your order on a business day until 12 noon and pay by Credit Card or Paypal, your order will be shipped the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days), with a 48-hour delivery time from the time the order is shipped. If you choose to pay by ATM reference, shipping is less efficient, since we will only ship after receiving payment. This can take up to 7 days.
Although we work hard to meet the deadlines, during promotional periods, launches, and special discount days such as Black Friday and Christmas time, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
OLIVEA GREEN, shall not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation that is due to a force majeure event, i.e. an event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event – which comprises any event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control).
3.3 Partial Deliveries
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited only to) if a part of the order is delayed or not available. In the event that we proceed to split the order, you will be notified by e-mail of our intention to do so. The e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used for this purpose.
3.4 Inspection on delivery
Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the packaging for damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The OLIVEA GREEN will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping, once the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
Any claim of non-receipt of an order must be made within 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this period, the OLIVEA GREEN can not be held responsible for the loss of the same.
4. Shipping Rates
4.1 Domestic and international postage rates are calculated by the delivery company, based on zip code and shipping destination.
4.2 International packages are subject to taxes and customs duties that are not calculated at checkout and will always be paid by the Consumer.
4.3 By placing an order on the website www.oliveagreen.com, the Consumer agrees to pay any and all charges associated with that order and purchase.
4.4 We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
4.5 We reserve the right to reject, cancel or terminate any order for any reason.
4.6 If you place an order that exceeds the minimum order value defined for your country or campaign, we will ship at no cost, i.e. free of charge.
5. Informações sobre Pagamentos
Payment will be requested in the last step of the purchasing process, after the Consumer enters all the card data and clicks “Checkout”.
5.1 Bank transfer
It is necessary to send the proof, by homebanking or electronic mail. If it is done at an ATM or counter, you must photograph or scan the receipt and send it by email. After successful collection the order will be validated and shipped.
Once 3 calendar days after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment,OLIVEA GREEN is entitled to cancel the order.
5.2 Credit, Debit and Mbway Cards
In the case of payment by credit card, debit card, and mbway, the Consumer’s card will be charged immediately after confirmation that the goods have been shipped. If any ordered products are out of stock, the amount will be credited to the Consumer’s card after the order is closed.
The payment methods, Bank Transfer, Mbway, Credit and Debit Card are processed by the Ifthenpay entity.
5.3 Paypal
If the User prefers to pay via Paypal, he must select this payment method and click on “Checkout”. Afterwards you will be redirected to the Paypal page in order to proceed with the payment.
If for any reason the Consumer cannot complete their purchase, please send an email to info@oliveagreen.com.
After completing all the steps with the chosen payment option, the Consumer will be redirected to the OLIVEA GREEN website (www.oliveagreen.com), where he will see the message confirming that he has successfully completed his order. At this point, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your bank or PayPal account, and the Consumer will receive an order confirmation email.
5.4 Payment Security
The oliveagreen.com store uses one of the most robust security technologies among available encryption platforms.
Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed.
OLIVEA GREEN shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages arising from failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.
6. Política de Devolução
6.1 All products purchased on the website of OLIVEA GREEN may be returned and refunded, where the customer expresses their intention within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt, provided that the same articles have not been, opened, used, are in the same condition in which they were delivered and in original packaging. The shipment should be made, whenever possible, in the same box in which it was delivered.
6.2 Whenever the Consumer wishes to exchange an item, the item must be returned by registered mail.
6.3 The costs associated with the exchange or return will be borne by the customer, unless there was an error on the part of OLIVEA GREEN.
6.4 The customer must verify upon delivery that the order is in good condition and has not been damaged during transport. If there is any anomaly you should immediately report it to the employee who delivers the order, as well as inform us in a single email of all anomalies detected. If this does not happen we will not be able to exchange or refund the items.
6.5 We reserve the right not to accept refunds on items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
6.6 OLIVEA GREEN will not refund in the following cases:
– Products damaged by misuse or negligence;
– Products opened and/or used;
– Products purchased on sale, on promotion, or as a gift;
– Products not purchased on the OLIVEA GREEN website.
6.7 Returning damaged products
In case the Consumer receives damaged products, he/she should report it as soon as possible to the email address info@oliveagreen.com. You should also send photos of the products received and indicate the order number as well as the name in which you placed the order.
The team of OLIVEA GREEN will proceed to analyze the returned product and inform the customer of the right to reimbursement or proceeding to reship another equal. As a rule, the refund is made within 5 business days from the day you receive the damaged item at our facility.
The refund of the amount paid will be executed using the same payment method used in the purchase, except when the payment was made via entity and reference. In this case you will be asked for the IBAN to make the respective refund.
6.8 In case of error in the order
In case the Consumer receives products other than those ordered, he/she should report it as soon as possible to the email address info@oliveagreen.com. You should also send photos of the products received and indicate the order number as well as the name in which you placed the order.
6.9 In case of exchange
The Consumer can request an exchange for an item within 14 days of receiving it. An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. Items can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order the Consumer is not satisfied, he/she can only return the order.
In all cases of exchanges / returns, the OLIVEA GREEN is not responsible for lost orders that have not been reported to us and / or have no tracking number(tracking number).
7. Cancellation
If the Consumer has placed an order but wishes to cancel it, he/she should send us an email at info@oliveagreen.com as soon as possible. The Consumer should include in the e-mail the details of their order (i.e. confirmation code and full name).
If the order has not yet been prepared, we can cancel it and refund the full purchase price. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the Consumer should follow the return process.

8.2 OLIVEA GREEN is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of any of its products for sale on its website.
8.3 It is the Consumer’s responsibility to read all product instructions carefully in order to use the product strictly for the purpose for which it was designed.
8.4 OLIVEA GREEN is not responsible for any damages that occur due to an allergic reaction, or any other unexpected event.
8.5 OLIVEA GREEN is not responsible for any health or safety issues after the Consumer receives the products. If the Consumer suffers any damage as a result of the use of our products purchased by him, OLIVEA GREEN will not share any responsibility.
9. Utilização do Website e Direitos de Propriedade Intelectual
9.1 The entire website is protected by intellectual property laws. 12.2 Providing it is optional and you are guaranteed, under the terms of the law, the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing. All orders must be placed through the addresses and forms identified in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Direito de Livre Resolução
13.1 The Consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to state any reason, in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
13.2 The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
13.3 In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must notify OLIVEA GREEN of your decision to withdraw from this contract/purchase by means of a letter sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt or communication via e-mail to the e-mail address registered in the Preamble.
13.4 In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
13.5 In case of termination of this contract, your payment will be refunded, with the exception of the costs of returning the goods, which will be borne by you. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date the goods are received and are in perfect condition of presentation and conservation.
13.6 We will make such refund using, where possible, the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
13.7 Exceptions to the Right of Free Resolution:
In accordance with Decree-Law 24/2014, of February 14, as amended, and unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Customer may not return in particular:
– Supply of goods made to consumer specifications or manifestly customized;
– Supply of goods that by their nature cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or quickly run out of date;
– Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.
14. Lei Aplicável e Resolução Alternativa de Litígios
14.1 These General Conditions of Sale and all Disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase therefrom, shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
14.2 These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, represent a legally binding agreement between OLIVEA GREEN and the Consumer.
14.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal and/or unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue in force.
